Zella Katherine Lokey, 95 Harrisonburg Zella Katherine Lokey, 95 Harrisonburg passed away December 14, 2016 at Avante Nursing Home. Mrs. Lokey was born on June 10, 1921 in Rockingham County and was the daughter of the late Jacob Marion and Susie Catherine Dove Smith. On August 31, 1957 she married Owen H. Lokey who preceded her in death March 25, 1981. Surviving are a daughter, Betty Lou See, Harrisonburg; two grandchildren, Jennifer Jordan and husband Michael, Jason See and Iris; and a number of nieces and nephews.
