Weldie Tommy Depoy, Jr. Obituary (1964 - 2011)

Weldie R. (Tommy) Depoy, Jr. Harrisonburg Weldie R. (Tommy) Depoy Jr., 46, died February 12, 2011, at his home. Mr. Depoy was born on April 1, 1964, in Harrisonburg and was the son of Charlotte Whetzel Depoy and the late Weldie Revees Depoy Sr. He was currently employed at James Madison University for the past 24 years and also worked at the Courtyard by Marriott in Harrisonburg. Surviving in addition to his mother is a sister, Carol A. King and husband Charles, Franklin; a number and nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Reverend Ken Dolan will conduct a funeral service Tuesday afternoon February 15, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the McMullen Funeral Home, Harrisonburg. Burial will follow at Linville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Harrisonburg Rescue Squad, P.O.
