Peggy Ann Zimmerman Obituary (1950

Peggy Ann Zimmerman, 66, Bridgewater, passed away June 24, 2017 at her home. Mrs. Zimmerman was born on September 17, 1950 in Rockingham County and was the daughter of Dorothy Leah Kee Sites, Keezeltown and the late Gilbert Layton Sites. She was a member of the Keezletown United Methodist Church. She worked for Graham Shoe Repair, JC Penny, Tastee Freeze, Silver Lake Mill and had drove a Rockingham County School Bus. On December 20, 1969, she married Allen Zimmerman who passed away January 5, 2008. Surviving in addition to her mother are two brothers, Roger Lee Sites Sr. and Randy Nelson Sites and wife Janet, She was also preceded in death by her son Michael Zimmerman who passed away October 31, 2016. All services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the SPCA, 2170 Old Furnace Road, Harrisonburg,Virginia 22802.
