Paul Jerome “Paulie” Regan IV, 43, a resident of Charlottesville, VA, formerly of Harrisonburg, VA, passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at his home.
Paul was born on April 21, 1983, in Elmira, NY, to Paul Jerome Regan III and Doris Mary Phillips Pariso. He was an avid reader, a gifted writer, a movie and music buff, and an enthusiastic appreciator of all forms of artistic expression, particularly those that questioned authority. Paul loved bringing books to life through teaching and was a dynamic, animated, and enthusiastic instructor—a reflection of his deep passion for reading and writing. He also loved being in the mountains, where he found peace in the natural world. Paul would not have hesitated to offer constructive criticism of the grammar and style of this very paragraph.
