Jennings B. Shifflett, 69 Jennings B. Shifflett, 69, a resident of Harrisonburg, died Monday, June 28, 2010. Mr. Shifflett was born on October 19, 1940 in Rockingham County and was the son of the late Lena Shifflett. He was a farmer and rental property manager. Surviving is a sister, Vivian Barbour of Covington, and a cousin, Sue Reynolds of Mayland. Reverend Hudson Nucklos will conduct a graveside service on Thursday, July 1, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. at Gospel Hill Cemetery.
