Frances L. Hoover

Frances Louise Hoover, 72 Frances Louise Hoover, 72, a resident of Brandywine, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2012 at her home. Ms. Hoover was born on April 22, 1939 in Pennsylvania and was the daughter of the late Weldon and Charlotte Hoover. She worked in the poultry industry and greatly enjoyed music and playing music. She was a member of the Free Pentecostal Church in Harrisonburg. Surviving are two half brothers, Nelson Ray of Rawley Springs, Wilson Ray of Grottoes and her caregiver of 18 years, Wanda Smith. Pastor David Kile and Pearl Richardson will conduct a funeral service on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the McMullen Funeral Home Chapel in Harrisonburg. Burial will follow at Mt.
