Doris Louise Knight Flynn, 59, Harrisonburg passed away March 23, 2014 at her home.
Mrs. Flynn was born on October 2, 1954 in Rockingham County and was the daughter of James and Velma Runion Knight Harrisonburg. She loved and cared for her family and loved working at Intra Pac for 35 years until her retirement. She was a member of Victory Temple.
On April 26, 1980, she married Gary Flynn who preceded her in death January 6, 2002.
Surviving in addition to her parents are a son, Bradley Wayne Flynn, Harrisonburg; a step daughter Stacey Robey and husband Kenny Robey, Harrisonburg; a sister, Phyllis Eutsler and partner, Mel Campbell, Harrisonburg; two brothers, Gregory Knight and wife Cindy, Donald Knight and wife Penny; three step grandchildren, Tiffany Strawderman, Kayla Didawick and Cadence Robey and a number of nieces and nephews.
Rev. Arnold Repass and Evangelist Larry Danner will conduct a funeral service at the McMullen Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Clinton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
