Crystal Irene Lahman Obituary (1930 - 2011)

Crystal Irene Lahman, 81 Crystal Irene Lahman, 81, a resident of Harrisonburg, passed away on July 14, 2011 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Lahman was born on March 25, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Ernest and Grace Eva Wood Parrott. She worked as the business administrator, along with her husband, of Lahman Radiator Shop and a member of Word of Life Church. She was a devoted and loving, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. On September 11, 1948, she married Warren E. Lahman who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Bertie L. Shifflett and husband Melvin C. of Harrisonburg; two sisters, Emily Hedrick of Arizona, Acklene Knott of Dayton, and a brother, Ernest Rosser Parrott, Jr. and wife Eunice of Harrisonburg; two grandchildren, Tammy Mayfield and Emanuel ?Robbie? McDorman; great grandchildren, Jeffrey ?Dillon? Mayfield, Devon Lee Mayfield, Rachel Katherine McHone, Robert Wallace McDorman, and Rebecca Grace McDorman. The Reverend Bill Gearhart will conduct a funeral service on Sunday afternoon, July 17, 2011 at 2:00 p.m.at the McMullen Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Weavers Cemetery.
