Chalres S. Gardner Obituary (1922 - 2011)

Charles S. Gardner, 89 Charles S. Gardner, 89, of Midlothian died on Sunday, December 4, 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of over 65 years, Madge Dove Gardner; his son, John Frank Gardner; two grandsons, John F. Gardner, II and William T. Gardner; five great-grandchildren. Mr. Gardner was a part of the ownership of Red Wing Shoe Stores and Gardner Shoes, a faithful Rotarian for over 50 years who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at the Club House at Brandermill Woods. Interment 1:00 P.M.
