Anthony Lane Hinkle Obituary (1963 - 2017)

Anthony Lane Hinkle, 54, Baltimore, Maryland passed away April 25, 2017. Anthony was born on March 12, 1963 in Harrisonburg, Virginia and was the son of Tony Gene Hinkle and the late Iris Rosella Sager Hinkle. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre from Shenandoah University and was a licensed massage therapist and founder of The Tranquili-Chi Wellness Center. Anthony was also a founding member of the Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre, Stages Theatre Co. and the critically acclaimed Collaborative Theatre Co. in Baltimore. He was the Vice President of the Fells Point Corner Theatre, also in Baltimore. He spent his leisure time digging in the dirt of his vegetable garden or walking the beach at Nags Head, NC. Surviving in addition to his father are his husband, Steven W. Shriner and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at the McMullen Funeral Home Chapel from 2p.m. until 3p.m. A memorial service will follow at 3p.m. with Pastor Jim Hall officiating. The body was cremated.
